Mold Specialists, Inc. is a multi-disciplinary organization specializing in “Indoor Air Quality” testing, inspections, monitoring, decontamination, remediation and our preconstruction treatment-MP Plus Program within the environmental industry. Our organization and affiliates are composed of Certified Mold Inspectors, Certified Mold Remediators, Certified Indoor Environmentalists, and Certified Industrial Hygienists.

Our corporate headquarters is based out of Coconut Creek, Florida with additional offices in Duval County and West Palm Beach County areas. Establishing numerous Mold Specialists, Inc. locations enables us to render our services of expertise throughout all of Florida.

Mold Specialists, Inc. has the capacity, with its analytical and sampling capabilities, environmental inspections, state-of-the-art designed remediation protocols, to undertake all aspects of environmental projects, and to conduct work “in-house” which allows for easier project management.

The Mold Specialists, Inc. follows the recommendations and protocols of the Indoor Air Quality Association (IAQA), American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA), National Environmental Health Association (NEHA), New York City Department of Health, and Environmental Assessment Association (EAA) analysis and remediation protocols.
